Honey Bear INFORMATIVE - December 2025
Dear Parents,
As the days grow brighter and the snow begins to melt, we’re excited to welcome the fresh energy that spring will bring. This season is a wonderful time for children to explore, learn, and grow — both indoors and outdoors.
Spring reminds us of new beginnings, curiosity, and discovery. Our classrooms will have seasonal learning activities, nature‑inspired crafts, and outdoor play experiences that help children connect with the world around them. We’ll be spending more time outside as the weather warms, encouraging movement, exploration, and joyful play.
With the change in season, we also focus on health and safety routines — from handwashing to outdoor gear checks — ensuring every child enjoys spring in a safe and nurturing environment.
NEW CHILDCARE FUNDING PLAN:
We hope that the new funding program is working for you and there are no difficulties in applying and receiving the funding from the government. Please do contact us if there is any questions or any issues in submission of the applications.
DAYCARE FEES:
Your portion of daycare fees is due on the first day of each month. A $25 late fee will apply to payments made after the 5th of the month**.
DAYCARE HOURS:
If your childcare schedule changes, please inform us promptly so we can adjust staff shifts accordingly.
SCHOOL PICK UP:
- Let us know if you pick up your child from school due to sickness, appointments, or other reasons.
- If your child will be absent from school, please notify us so staff do not search for them for daycare pick-up.

WEATHER GEAR REMINDER:
Please ensure that your child has extra layers of clothes and suitable jackets for winter. Please send extra set of winter clothing for emergency.
