Dear Parents,

We thank you for trusting your children to our care. 

STAFF TRANSITION: As the number of new enrolments grew, we hired some new staff. We will continue to raise the bar in providing excellent child care.  We ensure that transition is smooth and quick for new staff. 

COMMUNICATIONS: Please inform us about any changes in your contact info including phone numbers and email addresses. This will enhance our mutual communication both ways.

SUMMER GEAR: Please make sure that your child has sun screen and a hat as children go outside for walks and to the playground. Also send extra summer clothing with your children as they get wet when playing with water.

COMING LATE! If your child is coming to the daycare later than 9:00 am, or is going to be absent for the whole day please inform us in the morning or the day before. 

LATE PICK-UP: Please note that shift for all staff ends at 6:00 pm. According to the regulations we must close the facility at 6:00 pm. In case you are late in picking up your child, there is a late fee charge of $1 per minute if you show up after 6:00 pm. This amount should be paid to staff directly the same day. Thanks for your understanding. 

PORTFOLIOS FOR YOUR CHILD: If your child has been at the daycare centre for more than three months, please make sure that you get in touch with teacher of your child to go through the portfolios to assess the development of your child. 

YOUR COMMENTS: Please do make use of the Suggestion Box to communicate with us about your concerns and suggestions. We are happy to have your input in the program.

CIVIC HOLIDAY: Day care will be closed on Monday August 5 for Civic holiday.

LABOUR DAY: Day care will be closed on Monday September 2 for Labor Day holiday.
